Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, complete, and posted on time.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review and stakeholder reporting.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, VAT regulations, and relevant financial auditing standards.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide all necessary documentation and support.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks to the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax codes, BIR regulations, and auditing procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial reports clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
