Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and timely payment disbursements.
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable workflow, including billing, customer aging analysis, and collection follow-ups.
- Execute daily financial transactions within the NetSuite ERP system with high accuracy.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
- Maintain clear documentation of financial records and provide support for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general corporate accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and financial reporting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule and adapt to a hybrid working environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
