- Perform accurate and timely data entry, processing, and management across various corporate databases.
- Administer and maintain company systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and user access.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for management review.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a corporate administrative or office support role, preferably within a healthcare-related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
