In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Corporate Affairs Department, assisting in the management of legal documentation, corporate transactions, and inter-departmental compliance initiatives.

The successful candidate will be the backbone of our legal and corporate administrative functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, while handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Draft, review, and organize corporate legal documents, contracts, and internal memoranda.
  • Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and corporate secretarial reports.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, legal filing systems, and digital document repositories.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely completion of legal transactions.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance deadlines and ensure all filings with government agencies are processed on time.
  • Provide administrative support during corporate audits and due diligence activities.
  • Manage departmental schedules, travel arrangements, and routine correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate affairs, legal assistance, or office administration.
  • Strong understanding of corporate documentation and basic legal procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Experience in interacting with government agencies is a plus.
