We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Audit and Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence and compliance across our organization.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing our internal audit processes, implementing robust technical services, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous enhancement of our business processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all internal audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement audit methodologies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices
- Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential issues
- Manage technical services to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of operational systems
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans for senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with all relevant laws and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit, technical services, or compliance
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing or poultry industry
- Strong knowledge of audit principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
