Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation and brand visibility.
- Draft high-quality content including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and internal memos.
- Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and industry stakeholders.
- Support executive leadership with speechwriting, presentation materials, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives to promote organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and social sentiment to identify PR opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate communication or public relations.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and crisis management.
