Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the research and analysis of industry trends to support corporate development initiatives.
- Support the tracking, documentation, and reporting of corporate sustainability (ESG) metrics and goals.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment on strategic project milestones.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, reports, and briefings for management review.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and sustainability best practices.
- Maintain project databases and assist in organizing workshops or awareness programs.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Development team as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of or interest in ESG reporting frameworks and corporate sustainability practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- Prior involvement in student organizations, internships, or volunteer work related to strategy or sustainability is a plus.
