We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our high-performing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our financial strategy, supporting capital allocation decisions, and providing actionable insights that influence our major construction and development projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions and project feasibility studies.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, monitoring project costs against budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Provide strategic financial reporting to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential risks.
- Perform financial due diligence and risk assessment for potential new business ventures and land acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and site management to improve cost control processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and statutory reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA are highly advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, macros, VLOOKUP/Index-Match).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation, and construction industry accounting standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into executive summaries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
