- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to support deal execution
- Develop investment memorandums and executive summaries for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, Capital IQ) and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
