Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate finance initiatives (IPO, rights issues, bonds, restructuring)
- Coordinate funding processes with banks and financial institutions

- Manage relationships with key financial stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic financial decisions
- Oversee financial modeling and valuation for major transactions
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 5+ years in management
- Proven track record in IPO execution and bond issuance
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets
- Advanced degree in Finance/Accounting/MBA
