In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all corporate finance initiatives, including but not limited to IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and corporate restructuring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate finance, with the ability to coordinate complex financial transactions with banks and other financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute all corporate finance initiatives including IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and restructuring
- Coordinate funding processes with financial institutions and maintain strategic banking relationships
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
- Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead a team of finance professionals and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Proven track record in executing complex financial transactions (IPO, bonds, restructuring)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are highly desirable
