- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies supporting business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple divisions
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance reporting for executive decision-making
- Manage cash flow optimization, working capital, and financial risk mitigation
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive finance experience with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in multi-divisional financial oversight
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in automotive or trading industry highly advantageous
