Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor relations and capital raising strategies.
- Oversee M&A activities, conducting thorough due diligence and managing integration planning post-acquisition.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze investment opportunities and prepare detailed investment memorandums for board approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define optimal capital structures and financing solutions.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, financial modelling, and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies).
- Deep understanding of capital markets, fundraising mechanisms, and M&A processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders.
