- Lead strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support corporate decision-making
- Conduct in-depth investment evaluations and due diligence for strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities
- Manage end-to-end finance projects including system implementations and process optimization
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis and capital allocation decisions
- Oversee risk assessment frameworks and ensure compliance with financial regulations

- Mentor finance teams and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive corporate finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis methodologies
- Proven track record managing complex finance projects from conception to implementation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
