- Conduct comprehensive financial audits across all corporate departments and subsidiaries
- Evaluate internal controls to identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze financial statements and transactions for compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to implement process improvements
- Monitor regulatory changes and update audit procedures accordingly
- Lead special investigations as requested by senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license with at least 3 years of corporate auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., IDEA, ACL) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred
