Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate financing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for regional operations
- Manage debt/equity financing, capital restructuring, and investment initiatives
- Oversee treasury operations including cash management, risk assessment, and liquidity planning
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct financial due diligence for M&A activities and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in corporate finance, banking, treasury, or investment roles
- Proven experience in managing complex financing transactions and capital markets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Expertise in Malaysian financial regulations and regional markets
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
