Join Vistas Technology as a Corporate Human Resources & Employee Relations Manager and lead transformative HR initiatives across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and mediation
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Lead strategic HR projects supporting business growth and organizational development
- Monitor HR metrics and implement data-driven improvements to workforce effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Manage HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in employee relations role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Act No.13/2003) and HR compliance
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and workforce planning for corporate environments
- Strong conflict resolution skills with experience handling complex employee issues
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable
