Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and compliance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts and partnerships
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian corporate laws and international regulatory standards
- Manage legal risks and implement mitigation strategies for retail operations
- Conduct legal research on industry-specific regulations and precedents
- Collaborate with business units to align legal strategies with commercial objectives
- Support dispute resolution and litigation management when required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with specialization in Corporate Law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house legal counsel or law firm
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial regulations and retail compliance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple legal priorities in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Advocate license) preferred
