Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, mergers, and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Philippine corporate laws and SEC regulations
- Manage litigation, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement corporate policies and compliance programs
- Advise on intellectual property protection and employment law matters
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with active license
- 5+ years of corporate law experience in multinational companies
- Expertise in Philippine Corporate Code, Securities Regulation, and Labor Laws
- Proven contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Postgraduate degree in Law or MBA preferred
