Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and legal documents
- Manage litigation, disputes, and legal risks across all business operations
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian business laws and international regulations
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives
- Develop and implement legal policies and compliance frameworks
- Oversee intellectual property protection and trademark management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) with strong academic record
- Minimum 5 years of corporate law experience in Jakarta
- Admitted to Indonesian Bar (Advokat) with active license
- Expertise in Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Certification in corporate governance or compliance preferred
