Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance of company operations with Indonesian corporate laws and industry regulations
- Provide expert legal counsel to executive team on corporate governance and strategic initiatives
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Conduct thorough legal research on regulatory changes and their business implications
- Manage litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings involving the company
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and training programs
- Safeguard intellectual property assets and ensure proper legal protection
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with admission to Indonesian Bar Association
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law or legal compliance
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian commercial code, company law, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal documents
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in corporate governance or compliance is highly desirable
- Experience in multinational company operations preferred
