You will be responsible for conducting routine health screenings, managing medical records, and providing first-aid response within the company premises. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-aid treatment and emergency nursing care to employees in the workplace.
- Conduct annual physical examinations and health assessments for staff.
- Maintain and update comprehensive medical records and health profiles for all employees.
- Coordinate with local health clinics and hospitals for referrals and medical documentation.
- Implement health and wellness programs to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor and replenish company medical supplies and first-aid kits regularly.
- Prepare and submit health-related reports to management as required.
- Educate employees on occupational health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical, industrial, or occupational nursing.
- Strong knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of empathy and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and health reporting tools.
- Willing to be assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan.
