Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business performance dashboards to track key corporate KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and strategic growth forecasts.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Prepare high-level analytical reports and presentations for management to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor internal projects against strategic objectives to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to enhance corporate efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or strategic consulting.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Proven ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on operational detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective stakeholder engagement.
