As a key member of the executive team, you'll collaborate with department heads to develop robust frameworks for strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate planning strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee PDCA cycle execution across all business units to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Monitor activity plan performance and implement corrective actions for deviation management
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic priorities with operational execution
- Optimize planning processes through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure deadline compliance
- Prepare executive reports on planning outcomes and strategic progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning or strategic management roles
- Proven expertise in PDCA methodology and strategic planning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business data
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, ERP systems) and data visualization
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
