Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track the execution of corporate business plans and departmental budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports comparing actual performance against established financial and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast budget requirements and identify potential variances.
- Analyze industry trends and internal metrics to provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy across all planning and performance tracking platforms.
- Support the senior management team in the development of quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Participate in financial modeling projects to assess the feasibility of new corporate initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate planning, or business accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to present complex data sets in a clear, professional manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
