As a key member of our HR team, you'll collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Your expertise in behavioral interviewing will enable you to assess candidates beyond technical skills, evaluating their problem-solving abilities and leadership potential to ensure we onboard high-performing professionals who drive our business forward.

  • Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews using STAR methodology to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across diverse Lines of Business (LOBs) to meet staffing demands
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine position profiles
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve time-to-hire efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate recruitment experience with proven competency-based interviewing expertise
  • Proficiency in STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) interviewing methodology
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and recruitment best practices
  • Experience managing recruitment for multiple business units or LOBs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
