This pivotal role requires you to conduct in-depth competency assessments across all Lines of Business (LOBs) using the STAR-based interviewing methodology. As a key member of our HR team, you'll collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Your expertise in behavioral interviewing will enable you to assess candidates beyond technical skills, evaluating their problem-solving abilities and leadership potential to ensure we onboard high-performing professionals who drive our business forward.

- Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews using STAR methodology to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across diverse Lines of Business (LOBs) to meet staffing demands
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine position profiles
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve time-to-hire efficiency
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate recruitment experience with proven competency-based interviewing expertise
- Proficiency in STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) interviewing methodology
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and recruitment best practices
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple business units or LOBs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
