Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and reporting for corporate relocation operations in Australia and New Zealand
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for relocation projects
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and financial transactions
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the relocation or logistics industry is a plus
