As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining statutory books and records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. You will assist with board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain statutory books and records, including registers of directors, shareholders, and secretaries
- Assist with board meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Handle statutory filings and ensure compliance with Companies Act and other relevant regulations
- Liaise with clients to understand their corporate secretarial requirements and provide appropriate support
- Manage corporate documentation, including share certificates, board resolutions, and annual reports
- Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines
- Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions as required
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Law, or related field
- Professional qualification such as MCS (Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries) would be an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Companies Act and corporate governance practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and corporate secretarial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
