Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial functions including board meetings, AGMs, and statutory filings
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements
- Oversee maintenance of corporate records, minute-taking, and documentation management
- Lead and mentor secretarial team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Advise clients on corporate governance best practices and regulatory changes
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, shareholders, and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement secretarial policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of corporate secretarial experience with managerial exposure
- Professional certification (ACIS/ACCSA or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in secretarial software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
