Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Maintain accurate statutory records, registers, and minute books
- Prepare and file annual returns, board resolutions, and statutory documents
- Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Manage share transfers, capital changes, and corporate restructuring
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (ACRA, MAS) and external stakeholders
- Advise on corporate law amendments and governance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACIS, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 2 years' corporate secretarial experience
- Deep knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in corporate secretarial software (e.g., BoardPro, Diligent)
- Exceptional attention to detail and document management skills
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management abilities
