Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain statutory records and registers in compliance with Singapore's Companies Act
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, shareholder meetings, and committee meetings
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation
- Assist with corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions as required
- Ensure timely filing of statutory documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Provide corporate secretarial support to senior management and board members
- Stay updated on changes in corporate governance regulations and best practices
- Coordinate with external service providers, including legal and accounting firms
Kualifikasi
- Degree or professional qualification in Secretarial, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial role
- Proficient knowledge of Singapore's Companies Act and corporate governance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate secretarial software
- Professional certifications such as ACS (Associate of Chartered Secretaries) would be advantageous
