Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client companies, ensuring full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA regulations.
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documents including annual returns, financial statements, and XBRL filings in a timely manner.
- Draft board resolutions, minutes of board and general meetings, and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Provide proactive corporate secretarial advisory services to clients, supporting directors on their duties and governance best practices.
- Handle incorporations, striking-offs, share transfers, and changes in capital structure for local and foreign companies.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, lawyers, and tax agents on client-related matters.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and excellence.
- Continuously improve internal processes and templates to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Corporate Secretarial, Law, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably in a professional services firm or corporate secretarial practice.
- Thorough knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA filing requirements, and corporate governance principles.
- Proficient in ACRA's BizFile+ portal and corporate secretarial software (e.g., BoardRoom, SingCorp, or similar).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with directors and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- SAICSA, ICSA, or Chartered Secretaries qualification (completed or in progress) is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a client-service mindset.
