Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage company secretarial functions for SME and overseas clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, including registers of directors, shareholders, and secretaries
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, AGMs, and other corporate gatherings
  • Advise clients on corporate governance best practices and regulatory changes
  • Handle company formations, amendments, and other corporate restructuring activities
  • Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all corporate transactions and decisions

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (ACIS or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in corporate secretarial software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
