Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee compliance with OJK, BEI, and IDX regulatory requirements
- Manage corporate records, minutes, and statutory documentation
- Coordinate board meetings and stakeholder communications
- Prepare regulatory filings and governance reports
- Implement corporate governance best practices
- Liaise with shareholders and regulatory authorities
- Maintain updated corporate secretarial procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years corporate secretarial experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian capital markets regulations
- Strong knowledge of OJK, BEI, and IDX compliance frameworks
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Proficiency in corporate governance software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business English
- Professional certification (CSA, ICSA) preferred
