Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA regulations.
  • Prepare and draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory documents with high precision.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records for various client entities using our digital management systems.
  • Handle end-to-end incorporation processes, including name reservations and business license applications.
  • Facilitate the timely filing of annual returns and other regulatory submissions via BizFile+.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on corporate secretarial best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal accounting and tax teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our international client base.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, or a related field (ICSA/CSIS certification is a significant advantage).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role within a professional services firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and related compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ACRA BizFile+ and familiarity with modern corporate secretarial software.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight filing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
