Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain statutory records and registers for a portfolio of clients in compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
- Prepare and file statutory returns and documents with ACRA (BizFile+) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate, organize, and attend board meetings and general meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Advise clients on corporate governance matters, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Draft and review corporate secretarial documents, including constitutions, board resolutions, and other legal instruments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor and track compliance deadlines for all assigned client entities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm or a professional services environment (Senior roles require at least 3-5 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA filing requirements, and Code of Corporate Governance.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate secretarial software (e.g., ViewPoint, InCorp or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
