Are you a seasoned professional looking to lead secretarial excellence in a dynamic business environment? Our client, a premier Business Consulting Firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary Manager to oversee their corporate governance and secretarial functions.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance across multiple entities. You will act as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, managing complex board meetings, preparing comprehensive board papers, and ensuring all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of secretarial functions for the group of companies, ensuring seamless operations.
- Prepare, circulate, and minute board meetings and shareholder general meetings in accordance with corporate governance standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant statutory regulations, including filing of annual returns and notices.
- Manage the maintenance of statutory registers, minute books, and other corporate records.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, government authorities, and external legal counsel to address any compliance queries.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of secretarial staff to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance best practices and strategic matters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Secretary role, preferably within a Business Consulting or Professional Services firm.
- Relevant professional qualification, such as ACSA, CIS, or ICSA (ACCA/CPA with Secretarial exposure is acceptable).
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and MAS regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at the executive level.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting.
