Eka Mas Republik is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Secretary Supervisor to join our professional team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of corporate governance, ensuring that the organization adheres to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while facilitating seamless communication between the Board of Directors, management, and relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the corporate office, ensuring all compliance filings are accurate and submitted on time, and providing high-level support to the executive leadership team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the preparation of agendas, meeting papers, and minutes for Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings.
- Ensure full compliance with the Indonesian Companies Law and relevant OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
- Manage the filing of statutory returns and corporate documentation with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Maintain and update the company’s registers, articles of association, and other governance records.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice to the Board regarding corporate governance best practices and regulatory updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or legal compliance roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Companies Law, corporate governance standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics when handling confidential information.
