Tanggung Jawab

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and accessibility of corporate data assets to support high-level decision-making.
- Identify emerging market trends and internal performance gaps to recommend strategic pivots.
- Manage data flow processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all organizational reporting channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in corporate strategy, business intelligence, or data management roles.
- Strong leadership experience in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data architecture, database management systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead strategic initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
