Tanggung Jawab

  • Facilitate engaging, high-energy training sessions for new hires and tenured staff.
  • Maintain and update training curriculum, modules, and assessment materials to ensure relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze agent performance metrics to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve individual and team KPIs.
  • Conduct nesting support for new agents, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world application.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to align training initiatives with company goals.
  • Report on training progress, completion rates, and effectiveness to leadership stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably within a BPO or Call Center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new processes and changing business requirements.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting regarding employee performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
