Navitasys Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our professional development team in Cikande, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the skills gap across our Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse divisions. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance operational efficiency, safety protocols, and technical expertise within our manufacturing ecosystem.
You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, develop engaging instructional materials, and facilitate workshops that empower our workforce. This position is perfect for a passionate educator with a strong background in industrial operations who is committed to driving excellence through continuous learning.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training modules for Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse personnel.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure programs align with operational goals.
- Facilitate on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and remote learning initiatives for diverse staff levels.
- Maintain detailed records of employee training progress, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback loops.
- Ensure all training materials comply with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and provide ongoing support to department supervisors to reinforce learning outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain workflows, warehouse management systems (WMS), and engineering fundamentals.
- Strong public speaking and instructional design skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
