Join Indolakto's dynamic team as a Corporate Warehouse & Supply Chain Support Manager and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing and distribution networks. This pivotal role requires strategic vision to optimize warehouse operations, streamline supply chain processes, and ensure seamless integration between production facilities and logistics networks. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce operational costs, enhance inventory accuracy, and improve delivery performance across our Indonesian operations. The ideal candidate will develop innovative solutions for warehouse automation, implement lean manufacturing principles, and establish KPI-driven performance frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans for manufacturing facilities and warehouse operations
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance
- Oversee inventory management systems and implement robust warehouse control procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with warehouse capacity
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse automation and logistics optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management
- Proven track record in strategic planning and operational improvement
- Expertise in inventory control systems (WMS) and ERP implementation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices
