Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain 24/7 security and surveillance within assigned sectors of the correctional facility to ensure the safety of all occupants.
- Conduct regular headcounts, cell inspections, and searches for contraband to prevent security breaches.
- Supervise and monitor the movement of inmates during meals, recreation, work assignments, and visitations.
- Prepare accurate and timely incident reports and maintain detailed logs of daily institutional activities.
- Escort and transport inmates to court hearings, medical facilities, or other designated locations safely.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations consistently while employing de-escalation techniques during conflicts.
- Collaborate with medical and social work staff to support inmate rehabilitation and reformation programs.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelorâs Degree (Criminology, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Required: Career Service Professional eligibility or equivalent professional board license (RA 1080).
- Must meet the physical, height, and age requirements mandated by the Bureau of Corrections Act (RA 10575).
- Strong physical fitness and mental resilience to handle the demands of a high-security environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and interpersonal management.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain high ethical standards under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
