Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize natural cosmetic formulations (skincare, haircare, body care)
- Conduct stability testing and shelf-life analysis for new products
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with R&D team on ingredient innovation and sourcing
- Document formulation processes and create technical specifications
- Support product launch through pilot production and quality control
- Stay updated on cosmetic industry trends and emerging ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Pharmacy degree (S1 Farmasi) or equivalent in cosmetic science
- Minimum 3 years experience in natural cosmetics formulation
- Proficiency in formulation development and testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations (BPOM, FDA, EU)
- Experience with natural and organic ingredient systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Portfolio of successfully launched cosmetic products required
