Engtek is looking for a dedicated Cost Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the monthly closing activities, with a specific focus on inventory accounting. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records by reconciling inventory sub-ledgers with the general ledger and identifying variances. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute monthly closing procedures, focusing on inventory valuation and cost accounting.
- Reconcile inventory sub-ledgers with the General Ledger (GL) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform variance analysis between actual costs and standard costs to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies in stock counts and records.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reports and cost reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Inventory Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Philippine GAAP (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
