- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes for semiconductor operations
- Manage inventory costing, valuation, and reconciliation across production facilities
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actual vs. standard costs
- Prepare management reports and cost analysis for operational decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing cost accounting systems and controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and semiconductor industry-specific accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Expertise in inventory costing, variance analysis, and production accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
