You will be responsible for plant-level cost and control, including cost accounting, general accounting, bill of material audits, and inventory reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee plant-level cost accounting activities including cost analysis, variance reporting, and budgeting
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliations and audits
- Conduct bill of material (BOM) audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports providing insights to management for decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support annual audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
