Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, to identify variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports to support executive financial decision-making.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate valuation records.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring cost alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain and update the standard cost system in the ERP platform.
- Prepare financial schedules and documentation for external and internal audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling) and ERP software experience.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams.
