Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and follow all company management policies and procedures
- Create and maintain comprehensive Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), margin analysis, and pricing reports
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for products and services
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Monitor inventory costs and valuation methods
- Collaborate with sales and production departments to gather relevant financial data
- Prepare regular cost analysis reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
