You'll be responsible for analyzing manufacturing costs, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring accurate cost reporting to support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage plant-level cost accounting systems and inventory controls
- Conduct regular audits of bills of materials and inventory valuations
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis for leadership review
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize operational costs
- Develop and maintain cost models for new products and processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management and bill of materials
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
